Hi, I’m looking for a qualified A-Grade electrician to complete the following work: 1. Loose SGPO switch (see first photo). I already have the replacement parts. 2. Broken 2-gang switch (see second photo). Replacement switch will be provided. 3. Faulty bathroom downlight (third and fourth photo attached). This requires diagnosis and repair/replacement of components (parts to be supplied by electrician as required). Additional requirements: Must be a licensed A-Grade electrician. You will need to provide a Certificate of Electrical Compliance and Safety and must be registered with Energy Safe Victoria. All work will be inside a residential apartment on the first floor.

Remove approx 12 old downlights, widen openings and install new LED downlights. We have LEDs already.

Change 40 existing downlights to LED downlights with sockets. Lights and sockets provided - only installation required. See example of old downlight that requires replacement.

Replace 28 halogen lights and transformers to LED lights

Replace LED downlight, slow to come on. Smoke alarm, fix or replace.

I have a GU5.3 downlight that is not working. Replaced the blub but it didnt help , so looks like the transformer is dead so task is it be rewired to work with a GU10 bulb or the transformer replaced The exisitng ceiling hole and light hitting will work and no changes needed to that.

Work is in vacant ground-level apartment and eeded around mid - July. Thes new light fittings will replace existing lv lights. Need rate per light fitting as the 60 figure is a guess.
