Hi there, One of the torsion springs on my double garage door has broken, and I would like to have both springs replaced at the same time. Also, the door is scraping against the side roller bar during operation, causing a loud scratching noise that needs adjustment. The plastic bracket (that worked as a pivot type hinge) broke (my dog forced the door to hyperextend the wrong way). So the glass is all still in tact and same with the bottom hinge but the top hinge needs to be glued back into place (see pics).

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair my remote-controlled garage roller door (Merlin brand, approx. 20+ years old) in Ascot. Someone reversed into it, and the bottom section has been pushed in. The door has also come off its tracks on one side. I’ve attached a couple of photos showing the damage. The door itself still looks mostly intact apart from that lower section. If you have experience in repairing something like this, please let me know.
