We are looking for someone to do the following at our apartment: 1. Install a security door (to the doorway to our garage)(we don't have the security door already) 2. Repair the sliding mechanisms for verandah sliding door and screen door (neither slide well and are old doors) 3. Potentially rehang our front door security door to swing in the opposite direction 4. Replace the flyscreen in the above two existing doors 5. We want to also adjust the single garage roller door to be able lock it in place approx. 20 cm from the ground to air out the garage (as our clothes line is in the garage)

2 X Sliding door requires fly screen mesh to be removed and replaced with new one. 1 X Window mesh needs to be removed and replaced with new one. (Mesh is not supplied need to be supplied by tasker upon arrival) There is also a small minor gyprock wall damage in bedroom requires batching up looking new before upcoming home inspection. (Paint is not supplied)

Garage door not opening with remote, there is no sound. Checked the power is ok as the light turns on. Tried new battery as well in the remote. There is a faint green light flashing on the motor receiver when the remote button is pressed but doesn’t open the door. Looking for someone to diagnose what the issue is

Front door was kicked open and should only be replacing the ply wood exterior layer and gluing + re securing the door handle pieces where the doors meet. Paint match will need to be as exact as possible as it is a rental and must be repaired back to same condition upon moving in

We require a carpenter or handyman to fix our front door. Sadly we had to replace the old handle and ever since we did this, we have had nothing but trouble. We are happy to replace the entire door jam + door and look at creating a larger door area or replacing it with the same sized door. The current door is our door is 2060 x 860. It’s 45mm thick
