Door repair and small plastering

I have 4 internal doors that don't close & would like them repaired. On two doors the strike doesn't align with the latch bolt & when I removed strike screws, strike seems glued on. On one door there is no hole for the strike. One door hits the top door frame & won't close. Need own tools & materials & would love to keep/maintain original parts (if possible). Also care needs to be taken to ensure original timber & parts (e.g. strike plates) aren't scratched/ruined.
