I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.
