Find a professional dining room painter in Central Coast

Newly renovated ground floor of house - Approx 110-120m2 requires painting. Scope to include: Prime all bare surfaces and paint 2 coats of top coats to all walls and ceilings Prime and paint 4 internal doors and architraves Prime and paint 4 external timber doors (internal side only) Paint 7 window architraves and reveals Spakfill and no more gap as required. Rooms include: 2 x bedrooms Kitchen Dining Lounge Bathroom Hallway Paint to be supplied by client. Photos are attached and a site inspection can be arranged. Clear run with all works completed and no other trades on site. Can be completed on weekdays or weekends.

Painter required for the ceiling only of my Lounge/ Dining/Kitchen/Hallway/ Bathroom. No furniture to contend with. Carpet to be replaced so no need to worry about drop sheets for drips apart from Kitchen and bathroom. I intend to paint walls myself. Area is approx 9 metres x 6 metres. Paint to be supplied.

Dining table and coffee table have been previously painted and I would like to strip the paint back to timber. Dining table has been partially completed.

I need my dining room, kitchen and living room painted (walls and ceiling) Plus a small corridor (walls and ceiling). Total about 60sqm. NO trims, doors or windows. Here's the details: -Living room- approx 35sqm. Walls and ceilings. -Dining room- approx 20sqm. Walls and ceilings. Walls in dining room were previously painted a bright orange/red colour so might require additional coat of primer. -Additionally, a corridor approx 5sqm, walls and ceiling.
