Overview: Deck & Outdoor Clean-Up – Move Furniture + Scrub Deck (No Pressure Wash) Description: I’m looking for two capable people to help prepare our outdoor deck area for refinishing. The job involves moving outdoor furniture, cleaning the deck (without pressure washing), and then pressure washing the surrounding area, where the pressure washer can be used. What’s involved: Move outdoor furniture and planters from the deck to the garage and side walkway (there’s one large table that will need two people to lift). Clean the Merbau deck using a proper deck cleaner (no pressure washer). This will need scrubbing by hand or with deck brushes. Once the deck is clean, pressure wash the surrounding area including: Roof and eaves of the covered area Brick walls Privacy screens Important notes: No pressure washer on the deck itself. I’ll provide the pressure washer and deck cleaner. You’ll need your own brushes, buckets, and general cleaning tools. We can’t help with lifting at this end, so please ensure two people are available. Deck size: Approximately 50sqm Goal: We want a spotless deck and outdoor area ready for sanding or recoating — a clean slate to start from. Budget: $500 (for two people total).

Repair the edging and step of a wooden deck. The wood needs to be replaced as it has been affected by the weather and water. The wood seems to be either weathered or rotted.

My deck was laid about 12 weeks ago. Have waited for tannins to come out. May need to apply more product to remove tannins in areas that are undercover. Slight sand to remove a few marks. I have all the products and deck strainer. Just prefer it to be professionally done the first time around.

Supply and install 13m x 3.6m cool deck 75mm roof panels with Trimdeck CB roof on 40mm top hats. All with back channel to existing masonry walls and beams. Gutter and barge capping.

The second and third decking row of pieces will need to be made removable. They are currently nailed in. They need to be removed without breaking them and put back in with screws. This is to allow them to be removed and re-screwed in the future to conduct treatments under the deck. The length of the deck is around 10m.
