We are looking for an experienced deck builder to supply and install composite decking in our side yard. * we are planning to place a outdoor portable spa on deck. That specific area needs to be structurally reinforced for stability* Area size: approx. 16m x 3m Scope of work (must be included in your quote): • Supply all materials, including: • Composite deck boards • Concrete (for footings) • Black plastic sheets/underlay to go on top of existing grass • Sub-frame/deck frame (timber must be treated/ or steel aluminium) • All fasteners, nuts, bolts, joist hangers, etc. • Installation of the entire deck from wall to boundary fence. • Deck height must be under 1m (per Ryde Council guidelines – we want to avoid requiring council approval). • Ground is not level, so levelling and appropriate footings will be required.

We are removing some garden beds and would like to have these built up with small compsite decking decks (they will be used to put decorative plant stands) Attached is the 3 areas - one garden bed has already been removed and we will remove the other two before you come.
