Supply of all materials (timber, screws, sander, deck wash, deck oil x 2 coats) and replace about 75 to 80 L/M of rotted boards (86mm spotted gum). Area measurements of 11 x 6m. Majority of deck is in good shape but most corners (mitre) need replacing. Update: More pics added and dimensions updated. Replacement of rotten backyard decking and paint. Measuring a floor area of roughly 3 metres x 3 metres. Each wooden plank measures dimensions of 65mm x 19mm. Replacement wood must be weather proofed. Repair to match existing decking colour and look. Separately, two separate planks are rotten from water damage (leaking downgutter) and they hold up a pillar. Needs replacement Refer to photos.

1. Back fence posts are concreted into ground, but moved due to large banana tree roots. We have dug the plants out, now need the fence straightened and fixed to meet pool compliance. Job required: - look at the structure of the deck to see how best to strengthen it.
