Hi, I need help with two related maintenance issues: Rusted Corrugated Iron Ceiling: There are several rusted patches on the underside of a corrugated iron patio roof (under a timber deck). I need someone to replace the affected sheets to restore appearance and function of the ceiling. Leaking Gutter/Downpipe: One section of the guttering/downpipe is rusted/leaking and needs to be repaired or replaced. Photos are attached for reference. Transport decking boards need a ute with front and back rack. A days work need to be able to assist loading and unloading.

Replace 6 x rotten decking boards on deck. Potentially prime and paint prior to putting down. Please only put forward offer if you have experience and are 100% confident you can comfortably perform this task.

Deck needs some mold removed and then re oiled.

Remove broken and install new composite deck tiles. Need to be cut and sized to fit existing deck area. Or we may measure and get them from bunnibgs first if thats easier.
