I’ve got a deck made of Blackbutt roughly 30sqm that needs a light sanding in preparation for me to restain

Some deck wold and a few bits of an old shelf together with a few bits of support timber to be removed. We have easy access and easy parking so should be a simple job. See photos.

Dispose of approx 15 square metres worth of old decking. The wood is in poor condition, and has protruding nails. The deck has been dismantled. - Due date: Flexible

Outdoor timber deck is 10 years old and was repainted about 6 years ago. It is 3800. X 3500 in area. The timber has a bit of cracking and some nails have popped up a bit. The boards have been painted twice: first time when the deck was built 10 years ago with a honey coloured paint, second time about 6 years ago with a grey textured paint. We want the deck sanded back and repainted brown with a non-slip paint (not suitable to use oil on this job due to previous paint). No particular completion time needed, but would like it done in the next week or so.
