Hi there! I’m looking for someone experienced to give my timber (merbau) deck a quick refresh. It needs: Most deck is under cover • A light sanding – just enough to smooth it out and prep for oiling (not a full sand-back). • Oiling/sealing – two coats of decking oil (I can supply this or you can include it in your quote). The deck is approximately 30 square metres . It’s in helensburgh and I can be home for access if needed. It’s in decent shape, just looking a bit tired and dry from the sun. No repairs needed Tasker to Provide: • Light sanding equipment (orbital sander ideal) • Applicator gear (rollers/brushes) • Drop sheets or masking if needed If you supply just provide me with the receipts and I’ll reimburse you for any materials. Recent decking built needs hand rails and roof built/installed

The decking boards on our front and back decks need replacing with new merbau. The wood is sagging in places with spongy boards, and the screws are sticking up above the boards in places. The finish is very damaged although I have tried to sand and stain it myself many times over the last 13 years. The front deck is approx 26m2, and the back deck is no more than 5m2 maximumum.

One plank of our deck has a hole in it due to rot. Looking for someone to remove and replace with a new plank (spotted gum) which is already supplied and cut to size. Screws and tools not supplied. No need to stain. Hole 350x60 Plank 2720x135
