Deck staining and sealing

The decking boards on our front and back decks need replacing with new merbau. The wood is sagging in places with spongy boards, and the screws are sticking up above the boards in places. The finish is very damaged although I have tried to sand and stain it myself many times over the last 13 years. The front deck is approx 26m2, and the back deck is no more than 5m2 maximumum.

Josh went above and beyond to replace a step from the deck that was damaged & then repainted new plank x 1 coat plus sand put on for non slip safety. Josh took apart the whole step unit, rotting was found so some remidiation also was completed and the step unit put back together. I would recommend Josh for carpentry workas he spent 4 hours completing this job, excellent attitude also! Thank you Josh 🙂
