Deck staining and sealing

The decking boards on our front and back decks need replacing with new merbau. The wood is sagging in places with spongy boards, and the screws are sticking up above the boards in places. The finish is very damaged although I have tried to sand and stain it myself many times over the last 13 years. The front deck is approx 26m2, and the back deck is no more than 5m2 maximumum.
Daniel was the first to offer a quote and came the same day to inspect. He was polite, reliable, and offered a very competitive quote. He provided a range of different options for the renovation of our deck using various materials in different price brackets. He is a very experienced carpenter who takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Daniel.
