Hi there, I'm looking for someone experienced to clean and stain my outdoor timber deck (approx. 10m x 4m). The job includes: * Cleaning the deck before application (it’s clean but might need a wash) * Applying 1–2 coats of decking stain (stain provided) * Ensuring even coverage and clean finish The deck is in decent condition (only built last year), just needs a freshen-up. You can bring your own tools (brushes, applicators, drop sheets, etc) or I can purchase what you need. Flexible with timing, but would prefer it done within the next week or two. I would like to repair my front door deck. The supporting frame is coming apart at one corner. In addition to the existing frame, I would like install a new supporting beam so that the current deck is more stable. The current timber deck is in fair condition.

I have a front wood deck and two sets of wood back stairs and storage that need to be sanded with approx 20 sq m of total sanding between everything. The decks have been cleaned with deck cleaner and oil and tannin remover, but we bought this house from someone who neglected the wood for years so they need a proper sanding to get them back in shape. All deck screws have been re-countersunk and damaged screws replaced completely. I will oil/stain once they're sanded, just need a hand with getting the sanding done.
