We need someone to clean our timber deck and put waterproof coats.

Approx 50 sq metre deck previously stained with water based product. Worn areas but wood appears in reasonable condition. I am after a reasonable quote for a good job.

I would like a timber frame built on the end of my deck, so that I can install either a blind or louvre shutters above the fence line, and some type of screening to cover the fence (see the photo). There are two uprights already in place on either side, but they are different heights and neither reach the top of the pergola. Deck is Merbau, so preferable Merbau frame.

Deck to be completed is around 5m in length x 1.6m width. There is also around 6-7 rows where there is old wood that needs to be lifted and replaced. The deck will also need a new back step

We need a wire balustrade installed by someone who has done the task before. The timber deck is 3m x 6m and we will purchase the wire and poles for installation. (I have entered a budget for the install as I had to - am unsure how much this will cost)

Task is in Downer. The old stairs were damaged and removed. Need new stairs built. Cement posts will be needed. Still have old stair bits for template. This ad is to find the appropriate tradesman to come by to look and hopefully quote. No paint required. Can do myself. Second photo is current stairs on other side of the deck.

Hi there! I am looking for someone to install mouse mesh underneath a deck that is open (to stop snakes and critters getting in, and keep my small dogs out). It will need to be installed in a way that can be removed, as it's a rental (using staple gun?), and either have the bottom of the wire dug into the ground a bit or sloped outward to stop things pushing underneath it. Mouse mesh will be supplied, and some tools (including a staple gun) will be available to use as well. The total lenghth of the deck is roughly 13 metres, and there are a couple of more fiddly sections (under the stairs) to deal with. Thanks :)

I’d like to oil the deck and fix the patio doors (missing weather strips).

If possible we need our deck re-made, preferably with eco-wood or a similar product that’s not timber. Our present decking measurements are 3550mmx4350mm and it is on a concrete slab.
