Install cornice in new bathroom. Cornice over tile. Differentiation in tile thickness around tile trim in shower needs to be considered. Ceiling plaster needs top coat, including around flush exhaust vent. Sanding also needed. Cornice already on site. You will need to supply cornice adhesive and top coat. Room is 2.1 x 2.1 metres. Ceiling height roughly 2.5m. Cornice on site is 55mm.

2 or 3 lengths of cornice (between 1.5 m long and 3 m long) have come loose and need to be re-glued (the are about 2.5 m above the floor and easily accessible). Also there is a crack in the plaster (about 1 m long and 3mm wide) above the bathroom basin that needs to be filled. In terms of finish, it would be good if these didn't need painting
