meal prep delivery for three adults

Looking for someone to provide organic and gluten free meal prep - breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days. See attached image for desired daily protein/fats etc below. No seed oils or preservatives please and if using fish I prefer a low mercury type of fish. I am keen to avoid plastic containers so can supply Pyrex containers if that is easier. I’m happy to collect the meals or have them delivered to South Yarra. Happy to discuss what works best.

I am into fitness and busy with business. I would like to outsource my meal prep to someone who has time in their hands. Ideally I need chicken fish and meat, some simple Veggies and sweet potatoes. I eat abour 3k a day. I need 2 big meals a day done - I take care of breakfast and snacks. We keep it simple and then we adjust as needed. I can do the shopping and drop it off if it’s easier or you can pickup and I order via the app for you. I am keen to adjust as per our needs and work it out.

Happy to have 1 x lunch and 1 x dinner dish per week (so you can do it in bulk, and divide up for 5 days). Can rotate the dish every week. I can have the ingredients delivered to you or you can do the shopping. I will cover the cost of ingredients.
