Need to raise the upstair balcony Handrails to standard height as old metal handrail is not heigh enough. Install a new rail (possibly timber) secure to the exiting metal one to make it safer.

Gaps require filling from floor to skirting boards and door frames from new floor going in prior to painting. There are 12 gaps to be filled. Gaps circa 15mm to 20mm. Kickboards need to be installed in kitchen from where tiles were removed. Materials will be required to fill gaps and provided for the kickboards (these will be painted after). Approx 5.1m for kickboards with a 145mm height. - Due date: Flexible
