Looking for a qualified and licensed carpenter (or builder) to replace the galvanized post anchors/stirrups on two different structural timber posts supporting our outdoor roof framework. Scope of Work: Structural Propping: Safely prop/support the roof load while the post bases are being worked on. Removal: Cut out and remove the old, corroded steel post stirrups at the concrete level. Installation: Supply and install two new heavy-duty, hot-dip galvanized post anchors (bolt-down or chemically anchored into the concrete slab). Fixing: Re-secure the existing timber posts to the new anchors. Tiling Patch (Optional): I have a broken tile at the base of one post. If you are able to neatly lay a replacement tile piece around the new base, please let me know (otherwise, I can manage this separately). Requirements: Must be fully licensed and insured for structural timber/carpentry work. Please bring all necessary structural props and tools. Photos of the current setup are attached. Looking for a clean, professional finish.

Laundry is next to the kitchen and need to relocate this to the garage, the move of the water taps is from one wall to the opposite side (approx 1m) and need to reroute the drain to work with the washer in garage.

5 Yukka and palm stumps need to be ground down. Some are located in garden beds but are accessible for equipments that's not too big. I'll deal with the clean up. Block is fairly level and parking is no problem. Task can be done during the day with plenty of flexibility.

We have a 1m high x 20m long existing retaining wall that we need capped. There is existing mortar that needs to be chipped away/ removed and then the capping put on. We have the bricks and actually did the job ourselves (clearly not brickies) and it came down after the big storm a few weeks back. So we're also looking for suggestions on how to make it more stable, as we'll be putting an aluminium fence on top of the capping once its dry.

I am looking for someone to build a set of wooden steps from my garden up to the pool area. They will only be a temporary solution until more landscaping is done, so not looking for anything too expensive. Would appreciate a handrail. If not steps then maybe a ramp or using fill to create a more gradual slope.

Hi, I need help of an electrician. My Hot Water off peak circuit breaker has tripped 4 times in last 1.5 weeks and most of the times it has tripped off sometime at night. I feel it is not an issue with hot water unit but with breaker though I am not sure about that.
