Looking for a handyman to do bathroom taps replacing, sealant application and removal of an old one

Have a few stumps left over from tree removal that need grinding down to remove roots etc. There is a palm tree stump that was not finished rather just covered in bark but needs the ball of roots removed and able to be ready to start prepping a concrete area including for a plumber to dig a trench on Monday.

The front part of my property has 9 or 10 strelizias and 4-5 golden cane palms that I want removing and disposing of, as well as the roots ground out the strelitzias are around 1 metre high and the palms around 3 metres each but not dense. Outdoor steps need replacing on wooden house, due to rot. We have a replacement steps/staircase - may need to be cut to fit. The base step on the old steps is solid enough and good enough for the new ones to attach to. Existing railing needs to be reattached to new steps. We can dispose of old stairs/steps.

I’m after a carpenter to replace the steps in my house please. The first set of steps needs to be extended to the width of the opening. The second set just needs to match the new steps. Stump removal
