Also happy for you to quickly check any other external taps while onsite. 4) Possible leak under the bath – suspected around the bath waste/trap under the house (there appears to be an old taped joint). Please inspect and repair if straightforward. House notes: - There is under-house access (raised house) to inspect plumbing/drainage under the bathroom/bath area. - Please bring common parts (washers, jumper valves/spindles, tap seats tools, etc). - If any major parts/work are required (e.g. mixer cartridge replacement, tap set replacement, pressure limiting valve, pipe replacement), please quote first before proceeding.
