Reposting this from an earlier task as my scope has changed. Looking for a licenced plumber to help me replace shower head and bath and basin taps in my bathroom. I had a plumber come by and inspect my shower head leak, and he indicated it was due to old taps. What I need done specifically: 1) Replace / install shower head 2) Replace / install bath taps - 1/4 turn wall top assembly 3) Replace / install bath set (taps + spout) - 1/4 turn + spout 4) Replace / install 1/4 level sink basin set 5) IF POSSIBLE - the sink just has an open pipe; not sure if you can also install a stopper / plug so it's not just exposed PVC piping (I've had a few things fall down there in the past). I've ordered each of the 4 components and am waiting on delivery. Ideally will arrive next week. Photos attached of current situation / what I'd like replacing.

Need to move a wardrobe upstairs around a hair pin staircase . Wardrobe is empty and ready to be moved - have removed all the inside panels tht can be removed. Would ideally not like it to be dis-assembled as its not going to be a great thing to re-assemble. Photos of the job attached.

Hi. Need to move my washing machine that’s currently connected to the laundry room on the ground level up to my studio apartment level up one level. No lift however it’s a townhouse and there aren’t that many steps to get to the first level. Wide metal stairs too. Just need probs two muscles and a stair climbing trolley then bobs your uncle. - Disconnect my machine and reconnect the other washing machine next to it in the basement level - Clear out any laundry that’s still left in either of the 3 - my washer/dryer machine, the other washing machine or the other dryer. Bring these upstairs. - Bring my machine upstairs - Help connect into new plumbing set up that’s now set up next to my kitchen on my level but if you’re not comfortable doing that, that’s cool. Just do the one downstairs which is a simple swap of the respective machines piping tubes

Cool room eps installation

I have two cat hexagons that need to be assembled and installed, and three cat shelves (steps) that need to be installed. Advice about placement on the wall most welcome! **Hexagons** Height: 36 cm Length (between the furthest ends on the front panel): 41 cm Width (depth, distance from wall to front panel): 28 cm **Steps** 18 cm wide, 19 cm These are being installed into gyprock/drywall. All hardware, screws, anchors have been provided by the person who made these specifically for drywall. Photos of the hexagons/steps are from the website of the person who made them for me. I need some bathroom vanity taps changed over. 2 taps and a mixer spout. I have the taps, just not the tools. The t bar may have to be cut to size also. A kitchen mixer tap is also loose and needs some repair to tighten it up. Not a difficult task for someone with the know how and tools but essential to the bathroom.

Replace existing 2 x Washing Machine and 2 x Laundry Taps with new. Replace old laundry spout with new. Remove old Laundry Tub and replace with new. All items supplied except S/P Trap which you will supply and install. Require a visit before you commence work to ensure it is not going to disturb the membrane. You must hold a valid NSW license in plumbing. As regards cost, you would have an idea. This is not urgent but to reiterate, you need to visit to check out the space to ensure membrane is not impacted and to ensure new tub will fit, then return at a later date to do the install. We changed the bearing on our dryer but it now doesn't turn when button pressed. The motor sounds like it is working. Model is Westinghouse LD 505 E. Motor will turn. The unit runs a few reverse cycles and then stops. Needs help to restart...possibly a capacitor issue
