Find a local console repairer in St Peters NSW

We’re moving out of a rental after 8 years and are looking for an experienced painter and wall patcher / plasterer to help get the walls back to a good, presentable condition. There are various marks, small holes, dents, and scuffs across the house from general wear and tear, hanging items, and a dog (some scratching on doors). This is very much an end-of-lease tidy-up, not a full repaint. The job is for 8 hours total, focusing on getting as much done as possible in that time rather than aiming for perfection. Property details: • 3-bedroom house • House will be completely empty • Walls + some doors need attention What’s included / not included: • ✅ Paint will be supplied (matched and ready) • ✅ Drop sheets provided • ❌ You’ll need to bring your own tools (brushes, rollers, buckets, sanding tools, etc.) • I will patch what I can the day before so it has time to dry Timing: • Monday 2nd February • Ideally 9:00am – 5:00pm (or as close as possible) Important notes: • This job is based on time, not a fixed outcome • We understand that repairs and painting don’t always go perfectly from A → B • Photos of example damage will be attached to give a clear idea of the work involved Looking for someone reliable, efficient, and experienced with end-of-lease repairs.

We tried fixing the tap our selves but still leaking we tried replacing the o-rings and but we haven’t replaced the 25mm cartridge. The brand of the tap is fountain. The cartridge type was quite specific we went to bunnings but they didn’t have the exact one needed

Have a leaking dishwasher outlet, leaking sink and leaking shower head that need fixing. Also have a cupboard shelf that needs replacing. There are a few larger jobs around the place that it would be good to get ideas and quote on. I am in St Peters in the inner west and Wednesday 9 July would be a good but I am flexible. Thanks

Need 2 men to meet at st peters location around 7am. - Move furniture up 1 main stairs + 2 smaller sets of stairs. - 1 x filing cabinet - some flat pack furniture - 4 x boxes - 1 x desk - 2 x chairs then build the 2 flat pack shelves. then return around 5pm to carry the furniture back down and load into cars. The mounting clips on my washing machine have failed and now cause the machine to fall forward. One or two of the clips have broken and need to be replaced. Should be a simple job for someone who has done it before. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 20 March 2023
