Complete set up of washing machine and dryer. Dryer needs to be pulled out and switched to condenser mode. Washing machine needs hot water connected. Machines need to be levelled straight. Check that dryer is properly connected to washing machine via the stacking kit.

Looking for an experienced handyman to safely remove an old window air conditioner from an upstairs bedroom. This is a window-style unit, not a split system. It has its own power cord plugged into a normal wall power point and does not appear to be hard-wired. The unit is quite heavy and is supported by a metal frame/brackets on the outside of the upstairs window (see photos). I need someone with appropriate experience and equipment to remove the air conditioner and external supports carefully and safely, without anything falling onto the roof/area below. The air conditioner is still working. The person removing it is welcome to take it if wanted; otherwise I would like it brought downstairs so I can dispose of it through council clean-up. I would also be interested in a quote to make the window usable again afterwards, including fitting a flyscreen if this is something you can do. Need help assembling flat-pack furniture (all with instructions, photos attached), including: • Sheffield 2-drawer desk (Officeworks - in my apartment) • Stilford Pro heavy duty office chair (Officeworks - in my apartment) • Timber dog kennel (Petbarn – picked up and in my boot to be lifted up) • Fixing pantry cupboard staples (in my apartment) • Lifting 3–4 heavy items from my car up 2 flights of stairs from my old place (bricks, plants etc) I work from home and have two very cute dachshunds who’ll be around — the kennel’s for them! They’re super friendly and love people, so as long as you’re okay with dogs, all good. I’ll be around to assist if needed.

Bathroom hand basin. Remove and install two taps and one faucet. New taps and faucet supplied. Taps purchased from Bunnings (basic set) and I don't have any plumbers tools.

Wasps nest removed from garden bed in back yard

I stuffed up! I had some steel shelving assembled in my Kennards storage unit but the supports are a few inches tall. I need somebody to trim the top of the four supports so it can slide under the lower half of the roof inside the unit. There is a power outlet about ten metres from the door of my storage unit. I possibly won't be able to be there, so I'd give you the unit number, padlock code and you can let yourself in and perform the lopping of the four steel tops. I can send you a link to a short video which has more vision of the job.
