We have recently demolished part of our deck that contained a pool. Now we want two steps down to the ground that stretch the whole way along the deck. We have all of the old decking and old stumps that we would like to use to cut costs on materials. We would also consider someone just putting in the stumps and frame, and we can put the planks on ourselves. Thanks

For 2 taps in my house, when I turn them on I get a slight leak out of the bottom. - One leaks slightly out the bottom of the tap nozzle - The other leaks out slightly below the sink. I need these leaks fixed. Thanks!

Whenever we use the shower on the upper floor, water gradually seeps into the corners of the walls on the ground. This seepage does not occur immediately; there is typically a delay of approximately three minutes. Additionally, we have noticed water seeping in on the opposite side of the same wall. However, we suspect this issue may be related to a blocked stormwater pipe on our neighbour's driveway.
