Here’s a list: - Bathroom sink tap, it seems the mesh as come out of the tap so it’s spraying water. - Shower tap, the handle itself has come off - Soap holder, is just loose and needs tightening so it doesn’t flip - Toilet roll holder, also just loose and needs tightening I’ve attached photos of all of the above! Just let me know if you have any questions :) Also just an FYI that we have a dog, she’s super friendly and we’ll keep her out of your way, but she might come and say hello so I’d you’re not a dog person just something to keep in mind!

The rear boundary fence at my property is leaning into the neighbour’s yard and needs to be temporarily reinforced until it’s replaced after construction. Looking for someone experienced with fencing or handyman work to install sturdy temporary bracing or supports to hold the fence upright and stable. You can use timber braces, star pickets with wire, or any suitable method that keeps the fence secure (planning to replace the fence in 1 year) All work can be done from either side of the fence (neighbour has given permission for access). Pet soiled area is 1m2 but think will need to do whole area for consistency. Have an outdoor sink that I need moved in order to have new aircon units installed. It either needs to be moved slightly to the left of its current location, or failing being able to do that, removed entirely. Access to under the deck is limited without removing planks.

PLUMBER NEEDED. Updated task details: Tried to fix this myself and absolutely hating life. I give up. It is glass of wine time. Bought a new set of taps and a tap repair kit from Bunnings. Bought a tap spanner set but can't get the recessed brass bit loosened *at all*. See 2nd last pic. Need someone to come and finish the job. You will likely need a very good tap spanner / tube spanner set to get this thing to budge. Or just have better muscles and more leverage than me, or be good at enchanting objects, I don't know. We need someone to remove the trees parts that are already cut and take it away along with some bench tops in the property as per images.

Cover gaps on a wall with some solid wood or metal to keep pest entering into ceiling. We are trying our best to close all possible ways to stop pest. Photos that I shared is on top of Coolroom.
