Shower taps dripping/leaking

My shower head is leaking a lot even the taps need to be repaired

The toilet continuously runs water. It may be that the inlet valve requires replacement. I’m not certain of the exact issue, so expert assistance is needed to fix it.

Need around 4 or 5 taps and shower heads fixed. Mainly needs washer changes for all of them.

Supply and install metal reo - Supply and install 4 x concrete steps. Integrated with existing garden walls made of sleepers.
