Colour-match existing paint and apply touch-ups where needed (property is older and paint is aged/dilapidated, so exact match may not be possible — tidy-up only required). Check/patch one area near a PowerPoint in Bedroom 2 where wall is loose. Inspect a few other patched spots to see if a small touch-up is needed. Notes: This is only for minor patching/touch-ups, not a full repaint. Property is a 1960s house, paintwork is old and worn. Access will need to be arranged via the real estate agent. I am seeking quotes for comparison to demonstrate a fair and reasonable cost.

Looking for a licensed plumber. Need to remove existing kitchen mixer tap and install a new one (It's a new build so the existing tap is new too- location Kenmore). The removed tap to be installed at another property at Algester.

Some of these stumps have been easy to get out as they have slowly been rotting for the last few months but these last ones are tricky. I’d like to hire someone to dig them out please. Regards

I have listed these 2 paint jobs as separate AT tasks, but this task is if someone wants to quote on all painting together. 1. I would like to get 2 brown walls painted, 7x3m and 3x3m. 2. As well as have 2x 3mx4m deck rails, posts, outer side of bearers, drain pipe, stair treads and small entire landing primed and painted. I have detailed each of the paint jobs in the pics. I will supply primer and paint and a 12m ladder.

Install tap mixers for shower. Remove old taps and install new tap mixer for bath tub. Check laundry taps, kitchen taps, washing machine taps and issue certificate of compliance.
