Hi there, I have just finished some renovations on my three-bed townhouse. I had the jobs finished ad hoc with trades as I went, so naturally there are a few odd fix-ups and finishing things that need to be tidied up. - replace missing trim and architrave in bathroom (was removed for tiling and some plastering in places) - sand and seal timber handrail, front door, and study desk - cover gaps between floorboards and walls on staircase- small skirt or no more gaps? - re-install doors and blinds removed for painting - replace missing skirt - flooring idea in cupboard that has no carpet? - possibly a few other odd things here and there that I have forgotten... happy to discuss when we meet on site. I need a plasterer to finish and touch up two newly installed IKEA cupboards. The tops and sides need to be plastered and blended smoothly into the wall for a clean, finished look. The job is small but requires attention to detail and a neat finish. I can send photos of the cupboards so you can see exactly what needs doing. Flexible on timing, but would prefer to get it done soon.

Its a gas lift bed base so there’s a little more screwing to be done. I don’t have instruction book but it’s already mostly put together. Will probably only take 30mins as bed frame is the only part that needs to be brought upstairs.

I recently cut my hedge down and need stumps removed. There are appoximately 50 stumps. Not keen on stump grinding as I want to replant asap. Mini excavator preferred. Thank you!

I have a shower tap set and basin tap that need a washer change. However they are a square tap which I understand needs a special washer change. You would need to source materials as I’m unsure what to buy.
