Remove & install new 1200mm vanity, replace bath taps and kitchen mixer, adjust trap position, and dispose of old vanity/rubbish

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable license plumber to provide "Onsite Quote" to remove and install new Bathroom Vanity + Taps in Townhouse Work required: • Remove old 1200mm vanity unit from the bathroom • Carry upstairs a 1200mm Mondella Rococo Vanity + matching Ceramic Basin Top purchased from Bunnings • Install the new vanity + mixer tap and reconnect plumbing • Seal around the vanity where needed + any pvc/piping required • Remove & install new bath tap set • Remove & install leaking kitchen mixer tap with new mixer • Possibly take old vanity to the tip (if offered) ***Note: The current vanity has tiles cut around it, the new vanity is slightly larger in depth with a single mixer hole

I have leaking shower head - I think the taps need replacing or ceramic washers replacing.

My air conditioner keeps tripping the main switch.

Help me fill in the gaps around the pool pavers and coping. They're currently laid on sand and need a more suitable filling in the gaps, as the polymer sand just keeps washing out. It has sand base so there would be some movement over time Please let me know what process and product you think we would need to complete the job?

Appartment bathroom vanities. One floating, one free standing. Floating cabinet is roughly 500highX1060wideX450deep hopefully fluted timber face. Both cabinets inset in walls on all sides except face. Above counter basin central. So top drawer needs inset for basin waste. Second cabinet. 800highX1340wideX520deep free standing. Hoping for two sliding doors on front. A middle divider wall. Two shelves, one at middle height on either side. If can’t do sliding doors. Happy to have exposed shelf on right side. Cabinet doors on left side. Both cabinets to have no handles. “Shark nose” hopefully. Happy to do bench tops or supply own bench tops. Depending on price. Any help offers or quotes would be appreciated. Thank you.

My upstairs bathroom is out of order as the taps do not turn off. The washers have been changed. But still dont work properly. I would like to have these fixed and be water tight and operational. As its an old build there is no isolation valve which makes future works hard. I want an isolation valve installed.
