In wall cistern for toilet keeps running after being flushed

2 floor lamps about 6 feet tall.Never wired.

I need two floor lamps wired and ready to go. Licensed electrician please.

Hi, need a plumber to attend for the following tasks: 1. Clear two bathroom sink traps; 2. Fix a leak into one of the bathroom sinks

My built-in wardrobe shelf and coat-hanger rail has collapsed and needs replaced. I still have the coat-hanger rail, however the shelf and mounting will need replaced. Shelf width is 312cm, depth around 50cm.

I have 3 petrified wood (fossilised wood/stone) stumps that are knee height and between 8-12 inches across. Sticky taps X2 need fixing, happy to pay for parts separately

Hi. I need someone to disassemble and reassemble a simple IKEA cupboard shell (no doors, no shelves). It's currently assembled on my porch and needs to be reassembled just inside the house (no steps, easy access). Could be a job for: a) one person (disassemble, reassemble) OR b) two strong people (move heavy items around and manoeuvre assembled cupboard through front door and into bedroom) Photos show cupboard on porch and space it needs to move to.

Install in jamb fly screens and wind stops, door locking pins and adjust doors. - Due date: Flexible

Replace shower arm and shower taps with new. Remove existing shower-ware.

Replace chrome taps and shower fittings with new black tapware; replace wall mounted sink (which is cracked) with like for like - but ideally with mixer tap (black). Need guidance on what are the best replacement items for the job.

Replace taps in main bathroom and in ensuite bathroom. Have bought replacement taps.

We are in a new apartment but the floor has been finished poorly. We need a few gaps between the floorboards filled (filler colour matched to floorboards, not white) & the sealant on the stairs to be removed & redone. Please see pictures (10c coin for size reference). - Due date: Flexible
