I need help installing smart led strips at the back of the tv (fancyled) and as well as some cable management. Some plugs are too big to pass through the cable/ plug cover so I'll need help with this

We have recently changed the shape of our kitchen island, which has left two gaps in our timber floor. We need a floorboard specialist to to fill the gaps (we understand it may not look perfect). I have a few original boards - but may not be enough. We will cover the cost of additional floor boards. I have a deck which is 6 metres x 2.8 metres. Then 2 steps x1 metre either side of the deck. And the Landing on the other side of the house which is 3.3 metres long x 1 metre in width. Then 2 steps x 3.3 metres. Must have own equipment and be experienced with sanding decks. I will supply the necessary supplies for the task. Eg Sandpaper etc. Would prefer the job to be completed on the same day.

End of lease painting touch up.

Reposting task, this time with photos. We have 2 large Yukas stumps at the side of the house and 2 medium stumps at the front of house. There is a small one in the mix there too. See photos. All need to be dug up and removed. The actual Yukas have been removed, so it’s just the stumps. You will need your own equipment and take away the rubbish. Please consider that access to the two large Yukas is via the side of the house with around 1.5m wide space.

Large tree has been removed from the ground. Need all roots and stumps loaded and disposed of.

Need a licensed plumber to change kitchen taps, change sink & install a dishwasher. Will need to work with cabinet maker to work out cutting the cabinets. I will supply new taps, new sink and new dishwasher from bunnings - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 February 2024
