This flooring apprears to be concrete sheets on top of some sort of particle board. Room size 930mm x 1490mm. And provide a quote to put new building standrads approved flooring down ready for tiling. Disposal of old floor panels covered by me. Your price should include: 1. Removal of existing flooring AND 2. Quote to replace flooring

50m2 of concrete floor has carpet underlay adhesive that needs to be removed. The adhesive is around 1mm thick, not sticky. There are also some high spots that need to be locked down (5mm). Going to lay vinyl plank flooring over it.

Floor currently has laminate flooring but originally had tiles. All tiles have been removed.
