I need my nbn checked and troubleshoot the problem. Ths would require a certified electrician or similar/required knowledge with someone with experience that can check my rj11/rj12 connection in my home to the cables in the car port. I need this task done and completed before TPG can which is why i set the date for Monday 5 april. Also note I do not expect the problem to be resolved but I do expect a summary of the problem sent to me so need this to be checked and done by someone with experience in this such as experience in cabling for nbn that uses dsl etc. My home internet is NBN to the node which has fibre to the node and then from the note to the home is a converter to analogue adsl. Do note my tpg model does connect to a rj11/rj12 connection for dsl. I usually connect an analogue phone to check for dial tone and right now I have no dial tone from the tests I have done which previously works. Do note I definitely do not have 5g modem, this is the older NBN. Cabling check would be between the home and the carport and any sorts of checks you can do from the cable box in the carport to the street.

My very old desktop PC has slowed down to the point that it is unusable for anything at all ie. loading browser or apps/programs. I believe some of the RAM might be corrupted or broken - and in any case the device needs a large speed boost/memory-storage upgrade anyway. I have another (unused) PC which needed parts might be able to be taken from (I wouldn't know). If my PC cannot be "repaired", then I will need you to transfer all my important information such as documents and photos to a suitable storage device.
