i have installed cctv hilook vision cameras last year, it used to work only on my wifi network when i’m at home from day one , and never worked on mobile network, now it has problem while on home network as well , it is offline all the time..

I picked up my computer and it needs a motherboard replaced. They are suggesting that the motherboard is 15 years old and I would have to replace it with a 2nd hand but same one and you can't do it any other way or get a new computer. This doesn't make sense to me and don't want to spend that kind of money. Can I just replace it with a new. Motherboard? I don't see why not.
