Help set up old version of Mac desktop (reset to factory settings) set up phone with emails. Spend 4 hours onsite to clean up apps etc. Need someone IT tech savvy. Monitors are black screen but they are connected. They were working previously no issues with monitors or display ports

I’ve gone through the BIOS settings on the Gigabyte motherboard on the PC, but the HDD is not appearing in the boot menu sequence. I tested different SATA controller modes, switching between AHCI, RAID, and IDE, but the drive was not detected in any configuration. I also tried both UEFI and Legacy boot modes, but there was no change. At this stage, the next step will be to physically inspect the HDD by sliding out the drive bay and checking that the SATA cable is properly connected. Given that the HDD is not appearing in BIOS at all, I suspect it may be faulty. If a replacement drive is available, I recommend testing with another HDD to confirm the issue or have it replaced by someone onsite please. We want to try to keep any memory
