We're told we'll have install our own windows and start fresh otherwise they have this display account set up so people can try the laptop and look at it. But it essentially needs to be wiped to start fresh.Anyone they told me I could get it done there for arm n and a leg. So anyone who can do it with better offers please let me know.

Printer works fine. Already is connected to 3 other devices and prints, scans perfectly fine, however when installing on our main device (computer) it shows successfully installed/connected but does not print at all. We need someone to reconnect it to our main computer wirelessly and allow us to print/scan successfully without troubles.

I have two 3D printers. Ender 3V2 and a elegoo Neptune x. I inherited them over Xmas and would love to get them up a running. What I know ender 3 had a direct drive extruder install but prob installed wrong its not working. Neptune X is working but the Bowden tube seems to be unseated in the extruder so prints fail shortly after start. I first noticed that my sound had failed during a video chat on Messenger. Then when I tried to watch a video on YouTube all I could hear instead of a voice was a squeaky sound. I've tried to Google a solution, and even bought some software, but it didn't work. I don't know what kind of problem it is.
