Scope: • Finish physical build: mount cooler (TR5 + paste), install RAM & NVMe (use motherboard heatsinks), PSU, GPU; tidy cabling; mount E-ATX board. • First boot & BIOS: load defaults, confirm 256 GB ECC, update BIOS if needed, set fan curves & UEFI boot order. • OS & drivers: install Windows 11 Pro (licence supplied), chipset/LAN/GPU drivers; basic health checks (temps, SMART). • Network & remote: set static/DHCP-reserved IP, enable Remote Desktop, verify RDP from my laptop; test HDMI display extender.
