Hey, I need someone to install windows 11 for me on my PC, it currently says I don’t meet requirements because of secure boot, and I have tried turning it on in Bios but when I turn it on my of just keeps booting to Bios, my pc windows 10 is on CSM and I think it needs to be on UEFI, if someone can help me get this done I’d appreciate it.

3TB Seagate NAS HDD (ST3000VN000) unreadable in its original networked NAS enclosure. I've taken it out and used a USB enclosure without success. Drive spins up briefly when powered, makes a few clicking noises and then spins down to no noise at all. Need the data on the drive to be recovered and copied to a separate external HDD. I will supply the external HDD.
