HP laptop wont come out of repair mode

Some details: External HDD, WD My Passport Ultra 1 TB The drive is recognized when plugged in, although message pops up that it has issues. Windows explorer can display folders, however, it is extremely slow to navigate them. Copying files from the drive is even slower - a 250mb file took over an hour. So maybe a fix to the read/write head or any other hardware component could enable me to transfer the files quickly? There are no clicking sounds as such, just an occasional beep when the drive seems stuck for a long time. The drive has data of almost 700GB more or less. Majority of it is Movies and TV shows that I don't need, and is inside labelled folders. Important is it has my laptop backups going all the way back. There will be duplicate files, but I haven't yet sorted them out so I need them all transferred including pictures, videos, music and documents. It's there to see, just way too slow to copy it over. I don't have paid version of any recovery software, though a scan through disk drill showed there are a number of corrupted files as well which would be nice to be recovered. Data recovery specialist shops are charging way too much as a minimum cost and I can in no way pay that much. Hoping to get a decent/manageable quote here on air tasker. Happy to assist in anyway i can.

Provider has supplied us with new programmed modem TP link modem router AX54000( phone socket ) which needs to work with a faster wifi router ( Netgear Nighthawk AX5) and set box . (IPTV) Basically our old modem is dropping out and advised to get new one . Issue I have although this is plug and play we need to ( bridge ) a faster wifi router and also a set box for paid TV ( Chiko) to it . Need expert help please

We have NBN FTTP in our 2 storey house. We initially had only wireless access points in our house (2.4GHz and 5GHz). We also had a simple MESH router. We then added 4 wired LAN points upstairs, and subsequently the wireless network across the entire house dropped dramatically. Also, the MESH router does not work at all anymore. We need help to boost our wireless network in the house.

Recently upgraded to nbn fibre to home so upgraded home internet system too. New UniFi switch panel purchased, with x6 deco x75 pro mesh system. Decos are all added to app and working but would like some assistance setting up switch panel with an x75 deco being used as main router so everything is working and optimized perfectly. I have a google mesh system and an optus internet and a eufy security app and cameras which connect to wifi. My google mesh drops out and some cameras time out to showing me live view some times and internet is very hit and miss. I want it smooth and regular.

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro-16ACH6H (AMD R7 5800H, RTX 3070 8GB) that won’t power on. When I press the power button, the white light turns on, but there’s no fan activity and the screen remains blank. From what I’ve found on Google, many others have experienced the exact same issue after a few years, which I believe is due to a faulty motherboard. I’m open to replacing the motherboard, but the part itself is very expensive. I watched a YouTube video where a technician used a thermal camera to detect the faulty component and replaced it (soldering was required). I’m wondering if there’s any experienced technician who can perform motherboard-level repairs, hopefully a more affordable option. P/S Added picture of the motherboard from Internet.
