My Samsung Galaxy S23+ screen is broken, completely black, but the phone still works as my alarms go off when charged and I get notification vibrations. I need someone to help me get the photos and videos off the phone, as they are the last few years of my children's lives, including the first year of my sons life. I have tried connecting it to a screen, but it comes up with a lock that I cannot access. Please help.

I have recently moved to a new house and the house has an NBN FTTP connection. I also have took the new plan with Dodo. However, I struggle to connect with the model to get the internet network even though the cable is connected to the NBN D2 node. The house has an automation system from the previous owner which may make the routing configuration hard. I need to have a look at someone and connect with the new internet.
