Can’t seem to get the printer working

I need help assembling a new custom PC and installing Windows 11 with all necessary drivers. Please also tidy up the cable management inside the case for better airflow and appearance. I prefer a Chinese-speaking technician for smoother communication. My location is in Adelaide CBD, and would prefer the technician to come to my place for on-site service.

My son’s laptop keyboard is playing up. It’s only certain keys that are affected. We have checked sticky keys. Bios updates and also deleted and re added drivers. I had taken it to a pc repair place about 6 months ago but they did not fix the issue. It’s a Lenovo yoga.

After the lightening today, it seems the NBN connected box is dead. The Telstra modem works but not delivering Wifi. We have HFC connection to the house.

I am still running windows 10, with the extended support. My hardware should support windows 11, but it appears that I need to do a full system back up to then reload windows so I can upgrade to 11. Too scared to do it by myself. I do have more details of my set up, just putting out feelers to see if anyone can help right now
