Difficulties with WiFi connection and new printer

The connection of fiber wire of nbn in the nbn box is somehow broken off. Need to connect that with to the NBN box

Can’t seem to get the printer working

I need help assembling a new custom PC and installing Windows 11 with all necessary drivers. Please also tidy up the cable management inside the case for better airflow and appearance. After the lightening today, it seems the NBN connected box is dead. The Telstra modem works but not delivering Wifi. We have HFC connection to the house.
