HP laptop wont come out of repair mode

I have a google mesh system and an optus internet and a eufy security app and cameras which connect to wifi. My google mesh drops out and some cameras time out to showing me live view some times and internet is very hit and miss. I want it smooth and regular.

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro-16ACH6H (AMD R7 5800H, RTX 3070 8GB) that won’t power on. When I press the power button, the white light turns on, but there’s no fan activity and the screen remains blank. From what I’ve found on Google, many others have experienced the exact same issue after a few years, which I believe is due to a faulty motherboard. I’m open to replacing the motherboard, but the part itself is very expensive. I watched a YouTube video where a technician used a thermal camera to detect the faulty component and replaced it (soldering was required). I’m wondering if there’s any experienced technician who can perform motherboard-level repairs, hopefully a more affordable option. P/S Added picture of the motherboard from Internet.
