Hello, We are looking for an experienced renderer, plasterer, or a skilled handyman to repair some minor damage on the exterior wall of our retail store, in Stockland Wetherill Park. The Issue: Our shopfront has a textured "bag render" finish. There are a few small holes and chips in the wall surface that need to be professionally repaired to restore the clean appearance of our storefront. The Job: The task is to patch the holes and replicate the existing textured finish before painting. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged areas on the wall. 2. Filling the holes with an appropriate render or patching compound. 3. Skillfully recreating the "bag render" texture to seamlessly match the surrounding wall surface. 4. Once dry, priming and painting the repaired patches to match the existing wall colour. Paint & Finish Specification: - Finish Type: Bag Render - Paint Brand: Dulux - Paint Colour: Berkshire White 73712 Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with render repair and texture matching. This is the most critical part of the job. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including render/filler, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally in a busy shopping centre environment. - Public liability insurance is required.
