I need an empty, unfurnished 3-bedroom house to be professionally and thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, at the conclusion of a tenancy. This includes the following: 1) Vacuum carpeted rooms (one bedroom); Scrub/mop tiled rooms (kitchen, dining room and bathroom); clean and polish timber floors in remaining rooms (two bedrooms, two living areas, foyer/corridor). 2) Wipe down all architraves, door frames, door hardware and switches. 3) Dust the ceilings and light fixtures. 4) Clean all windows inside and out, including window sills. 5) Clean kitchen cupboards, pantry, stove, oven and range hood; scrub and disinfect sink and taps. 6) Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including tiles/grout, basin, taps, shower and toilet. 7) Remove spiderwebs, dirt and debris from external walls. I am flexible on the date and of course it depends on lockdowns and associated rules. But, the tenants move out on 30th August and so the job is open from 31st August. Ideally it would be completed as soon as possible after the tenants move.
