We need the Floors swept and wiped (tiled, on the ground floor only , and the one bedroom (carpeted) downstairs vacuumed . The stairs will need to be vacuumed too and a small space upstairs with carpet. There is only one bathroom to be washed. It is a fairly small place with very little furniture. just general dusting of surfaces and windows wiped if there's time. Kitchen is rarely used and is very clean.
