I would like to engage a regular cleaner to come over to the house for 2 hours a week to clean our downstairs area (open plan living room, dining room and kitchen, downstairs toilet and laundry room) as well as 2 bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom. In each room I would like: 1. Sides wiped, 2. Sink cleaned (where applicable), 3. Dishwasher loaded if needed (where applicable), 4. Floors hoovered / mopped, 5. Mirrors / windows wiped. Disclaimer: I have no frame of reference for the time it would take to complete these tasks each week or the hourly price so I have started at $40.00 per hour, so I am open to offers outside of these parameters.
