Looking for experienced and reliable cleaners for a one-off deep pre-move-in clean of a large residence plus a self-contained unit in Ivanhoe VIC 3079. The property is moderately clean but dusty with signs of age and requires a thorough, move-in-ready clean (not a basic clean). Tasks include removing cobwebs inside and outside (corners, ceilings, cupboards, sheds), full dusting and wiping of all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping all floors, cleaning skirting boards, light switches, door handles, and all internal doors and door frames. All cupboards and drawers must be cleaned inside and outside throughout the house, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry, and storage areas. The kitchen requires a deep clean including oven, cooktop, rangehood and exhaust fan, splashback, benches, sinks, and cupboards. Bathrooms and laundry must be fully scrubbed and sanitised including toilets, showers, baths, basins, mirrors, tiles, exhaust fans, cupboards, and laundry tub. Internal windows and reachable external windows, including sills and tracks, are to be cleaned.
