We are an adventurous and easy going Aussie/English couple with 2 lovely kids. Arlo (3yo) and Bella (10months) are super sweet and fun, they love playing outdoors, reading and doing fun activities. Arlo attends a family day care in Torquay 2 days per week, he is very bright and a lot of fun! Bella loves food, is very calm and chilled baby. Where do we live? We live in Barwon Heads, a beautiful coastal village 1.5hr from Melbourne. We are a 10min walk to the beach and shops. Geelong is 20 mins away, and there are buses and trains to Melbourne. The lifestyle is calm and outdoorsy. Who are we looking for? Our ideal au pair is gentle, kind, positive, patient, easy-going, fun and responsible with a can-do attitude. Most importantly, they love and are confident with small kiddies, keeping them entertained and are passionate about playing and learning. They are happy to help out around the house and can keep a house clean and tidy! My husband works away some of the time, and at the moment I am a stay at home mum with possibility of starting my business this year. There will always be someone nearby to lend a hand! Specific hours would be arranged with you in advance, but you could have set days off or work an agreed number of hours - we are totally open to exploring arrangements which work best for everyone for the right person / people for our family and home.
