Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in St Pauls

Need 3 ceiling fans replaced in my ground level apartment. I have already purchased the replacement ceiling fans. Located Randwick, Sydney 1 to be replaced in the living room and 1 each in the bedrooms (3 total).

We have a ceiling fan with a Mercator remote control. Recently the functions have stopped working. I have purchased a new remote control and receiver which needs to be reinstalled /wired.

Install 3 ceiling fans. To be installed in current light position. No additional electrical work required. Hammer drill will be required.

Ceiling fan (light included in fan) won’t work. Remote is lighting up so isn’t a remote control issue.

Installing ceiling fan with remote and light. Its a devanti ceiling fan. Fan is brand new in the box. The fan needs to be in the position where there now a ceiling light. Ceiling is concrete. See photos attached

As above. Install a replacement fan/light in a bedroom, install a replacement extractor fan in bathroom. Existing appliances are broken and will need to be removed before the new ones are connected.

- setup and install 3 ceiling fans which we have (they are new, still in boxes) - ceiling is gyprock or timber (I think gyprock) - there is no fan/light currently (ie need to make a new hole in the gyprock) - the attic is accessible and it’s possible to walk in it, there is already electricity in the attic to extend new wires for the 3 fans. - attached is the picture of the fan and one of the ceilings (they are all very similar) - need a licensed and insured electrician - Due date: Before Tuesday, 12 March 2024

Check Ceiling fan and tighten screws (I think this is why it is clicking/wobbly). If you could also clean all 3 fans in apartment whilst here that would be great (only 1 is noisy) - Due date: Flexible

I have an old bedroom ceiling light/fan. The fan was turning itself on randomly and the remote no longer worked, so I have bought a replacement. What I have already done: - Taken old fan/light unit down from ceiling - New unit has been assembled on the ground - New fan hanging bracket has been installed to existing holes in the ceiling, so no drilling is required What I need your help with: - New hanging bracket needs to be wired up to the ceiling supply wires Why I need your help: - The instructions tell me to connect 3 wires (live, neutral and earth), however, the old fan/light had 4 wires connected. I don’t want to stuff it up, so I’m drafting you in for your expertise since you’ll know which wire is which and what to do with the fourth. Ceiling wires (4): blue, black, white, green/yellow Fan wire inputs (3): live, neutral, earth I already have a step ladder ready for you to use in the bedroom. I expect this is somewhere between a 5-20 minute job for someone who knows what they’re doing to identify and screw the appropriate ceiling wires in to the bracket. Qualified electricians with current certifications only please. If there’s an easy way for me to test with an electrical screwdriver (light in the handle) then I’m happy for you to walk me through it remotely via FaceTime, which will save you having to be here in person. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 August 2022
