Hi, I need an experienced carpet layer to repair carpet in two bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. Issues: 1. The carpet in both bedrooms and the hallway has become loose/raised and needs re-stretching and re-tacking. 2. The tack strip near the bathroom is mouldy and damaged (likely from previous moisture) and needs to be removed and replaced. 3. After the new tack strip is installed, the carpet in that section needs to be re-attached and stretched properly.
