Hello, I’ve recently purchased a home with floorboards underneath the carpet, and I'm looking to have them sanded and stained. There may be some repairs needed, though they’re currently unsighted - so price will adjust if needed I’m happy to remove and dispose of the carpet beforehand - depending on difficulty - if that makes things easier for you. I’ll also attach some photos of the rooms and floor plans that show the areas with floorboards (Entrace hallway, living, formal dining). happy with site visits for proper quotes also cheers

I need a cement board, for use as a hearth, fixed to the currently carpeted floor. Will need to cut carpet around it and make it look neat. The floor underneath is a bit uneven with both concrete from an old hearth and floorboards, so you'll need to figure out how to deal with that, maybe with extra Plywood.
