Moved into a new property, second Storey has a section of floor that has a lot of squeaking.

We moved into a home and intended to replace an area of carpet with timber flooring, I assumed I'd be able to make a decision and get someone to do that immediately so I rolled the carpet up but left the underlay and edge hook strips in place. However it's taking longer than expected to make a decision and organise replacement flooring and given our schedule for the next three months it's unlikely to get done. So in the mean time I'd like the carpet to go back down. I've already rolled it back out but it's clear that to stretch and place the edges properly I have neither the tools or the experience to do it well. I'm looking for someone with experience and the right tools to ensure it's stretched and placed to the edges and under skirting boards correctly. Approx 23.5sqm. Refer to photos.

End of lease carpet and pest for small 2 bedroom unit.

Carpet on top of concrete floor. Carpet has been taken up around edges to do repairs (3 metre X 1 meter area). Now need to get edges re fixed down to floor. Best if person has actual carpet laying experience. Presumably fix wooden strips to floor with upstanding spikes and fix carpet down that way.

Take out wardrobe cabinets x 2, remove smelly carpet underneath.. then put wardrobe back in place. Must not damage wardrobe cabinets as want them returned back to use - just need to get rid of old smelly carpet underneath!
