Rates are only for services listed above, will pay separately for the replacement items (new wardrobe carpet and a door closer).

Small carpet repair job. Job is to use a carpet patch to replace where an old fireplace hearth was, including carpeting area inside the old fireplace. I imagine you’ll need to cut existing carpet to get a nice straight join. Approx 1m by 30cm. Plus internal fireplace area. I tried cleaning the carpet and had rubbed it too much and is now thinned out and rough in a small patch. Photos show the entire area marked out in red. The close up shows a small patch that is worn to the ground.
